Wireless Vacuum Gauge and Data Storage System The RF-GATE and TA/SAT are for use with the VTech TA100RF Vacuum Gauges. The RF-GATE system can receive up to 256 TA100/RF signals and output the data via its RS232 port for PC or PLC. The RF-GATE forwards a request for values to every TA100RF head, then collects the data and forwards it to the TA-SAT station via RS232. The TA-SAT Data collection station, through software in windows environment, processes vacuum data received from one or more RFGATES through RS232 for the collection of data sent from the various TA100RF heads. The data can be stored and processed upon being assigned to a barcode on the refrigerator. The TA-SAT system includes and Industrial PC with Hard drive, keyboard, mouse, 15’’ LCD monitor, Windows XP, PC100 and RF-GATE.
